Classes must be made up within the 6-week session.

Students who fire more than 10lb must pay for the additional clay & firing costs via the website here.
-
Can I bring my own tools/apron/etc.?
Students are welcome to bring their own tools, aprons, etc., but must take these home after each class—we cannot store personal student items at the studio!
Students may not bring in outside clay that was not provided by CCC.
-
Did my registration go through?
If you successfully checked out, paid, and received an order confirmation via email—you’re enrolled! We send out introductory emails with further information (syllabus, deadlines etc.) one week before the start of your class.
-
What should I bring or wear for classes?
We have all the tools you need for class. As for clothes, please wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting some clay on! Our recycled clay doesn’t stain colored fabric or denim, but may stain white clothing. If you have long hair, bring along a hair tie or clip.
-
When can I pick up my finished pottery?
Fully fired, finished glazed work will be ready for pickup anywhere from 1-3 weeks after the last day of your class. Please pick up your work during scheduled class times, as otherwise the studio may be locked.
-
Can I buy a class as a gift?
You can buy a digital gift card which will allow the gift recipient to schedule a class that works for their schedule. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.
-
Which class should I take?
We suggest Beginner if you have never touched clay before, or if it has been a few years since you last practiced. Intermediate is best suited for individuals who have taken our Beginners class 1-3 times and are proficient enough to throw even-walled cylinder with a pound of clay reliably.
